Terms of Service
Welcome to üGlo. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms).
1. Introduction
In these Terms, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’ and ’üGlo’ means uGlo Pty Ltd. These Terms include our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local law. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and must immediately cease using our website and services.
The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. What is üGlo?
üGlo is a platform dedicated to connecting Australians with reputable cosmetic clinics. Our platform facilitates access to a range of cosmetic treatments provided by qualified practitioners, ensuring you have the best options for your skincare and beauty needs. While we provide information and resources to help you make informed decisions, üGlo itself is not a healthcare provider or clinic and does not offer medical advice or services.
Our website content and any communications you have with our representatives do not constitute medical advice. It is important that you always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional to ensure any treatment or procedure is suitable and safe for you.
These Terms and Conditions apply between us and users of the üGlo platform. The cosmetic clinics and practitioners you may connect with via our platform have separate agreements with us that govern their use of the website and their respective relationships with us.
3. Access to Services
To place orders through the üGlo website or to participate in consultations with clinics, you must first register as a user. Each individual is allowed to create only one user account. Registration must be undertaken personally; you should not create an account on behalf of another person. To register, users must (1) be at least 18 years old, (2) reside in Australia, (3) be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement with us, and (4) accept these Terms.
During the registration process, you will be asked to provide personal details such as (but not limited to) your name, gender, email address, phone number, date of birth, and address. This information will enable practitioners to conduct consultations and allow us to deliver personal care products if needed. It is your duty to keep this information updated, complete, and accurate. We will manage all personal data collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When creating your account, you will need to set a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised use or security breach of your account, you must notify us immediately and take prompt action to secure your account (e.g., by changing your password).
You agree that we may contact you by email or phone as necessary using the contact details provided when you registered your üGlo account. You also agree that all information provided to us and to the practitioners will be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you will not intentionally withhold any information that could be important for the practitioners in conducting their consultations. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to inform your current doctor of any treatments or products recommended by the practitioners.
4. Provision of Services
The üGlo service starts and ends with connecting you to a locally endorsed cosmetic clinic that may be able to provide you with beauty or aesthetic services. Your suitability for such services will be determined by the clinic at their sole discretion following an initial consultation with you. üGlo simply facilitates the connection between you and the clinic for that purpose.
üGlo does not accept any responsibility or provide any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the advice, content, recommendations or outcomes of any consultation between you and the practitioners. The responsibility for the conduct of the consultation and all information or communications exchanged lies with you and the practitioners.
All practitioners are legally bound by professional and ethical obligations when dealing with patients. Clinics will document their consultations and any treatments provided to you, and they are required by law to maintain adequate records of these interactions.

We may modify or add to the website (including these Terms) or the information, products, or services described on it at any time and without prior notice. However, we do not have any obligation to update the website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you or anyone else for any errors in the information on the website or for any information that is not current.
